Key Responsibilities

• Research industries, companies, and markets to identify business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Support the complete business development process, from prospecting to relationship management.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
• Maintain CRM records, lead databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, networking activities, and strategic business discussions.
• Monitor business development performance and recommend improvements for lead conversion and customer engagement.
• Build strong professional relationships while representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and consistently achieve learning and performance objectives.
