About the Role
Digi Hook is a leading digital marketing agency. The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle to meet revenue targets. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promote agency services, and convert marketing-generated leads into long-term clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication skills (clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams).
- Customer Service capabilities (manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships).
- Sales and Sales Management skills (prospect, pitch, negotiate, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively).
- Training experience or ability to guide clients and team members on digital marketing services and best practices.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media, content strategy) and ability to explain them to clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in agency or B2B sales is preferred.
