About the Role
NCS & Co is a Chartered Accountant firm with a multi-state presence. The firm provides integrated solutions in Advisory, Tax, Virtual CFO, Compliance, and technology-driven finance transformation. This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Support audit assignments, accounting, and tax compliance work under the guidance of senior team members.
- Preparation and review of financial statements, ledgers, and working papers.
- Assist in statutory and internal audits.
- Assist in direct and indirect tax filings.
- Documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Work on MIS reports.
- Perform basic financial analysis.
- Support Virtual CFO engagements, including data collation and report preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Actively learn and apply accounting standards, tax laws, and firm methodologies.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- CA Intermediate cleared in 2026 (Group I, Group II, or both).
- Seeking to commence mandatory two-year CA articleship under applicable ICAI guidelines.
- Willing to undertake full-time, on-site articleship at the Karkala office.
- Willing to commit to the full two-year articleship period.
- Interested in audit, taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance, MIS, and technology-enabled finance services.
