Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the Role

At Magron, we're building India's next-generation EV two-wheelers. As we grow, we're looking for a sharp, driven person to work directly with the CEO and own investor outreach and relations. This is not a back-office role. You'll be the first point of contact for many of the people who will shape Magron's future.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor outreach, end to end. Take full ownership of our investor database and run personalised cold email campaigns, follow-ups and response tracking.
• Pipeline management. Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM showing where every investor conversation stands, and report progress to the CEO every week.
• Investor relations. Draft regular investor updates, keep the pitch deck and data room current, and answer information requests quickly and accurately.
• Meetings and calendar. Schedule investor calls and in-person meetings, prepare briefing notes beforehand, and own follow-ups afterwards.
• Research. Profile funds, angels and strategic partners: their thesis, portfolio and decision-makers, so every outreach is well targeted.
• Representing Magron. Attend startup events, investor meetings, and industry gatherings with or on behalf of the CEO, and build lasting relationships.
• CEO's office support. Drive special projects, prepare presentations and documents, and coordinate across teams to keep priorities moving forward.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort in front of senior people.
• Highly organised, with tenacious follow-through.
• Smart, resourceful and quick to learn.
• Bonus: familiarity with CRMs, email outreach tools or the startup funding landscape.
• Bonus: a genuine interest in EVs, mobility or deep-tech hardware.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role: CEO's office, founder's office, investor relations, business development or a startup/VC environment.
• Outgoing, confident and genuinely enjoy meeting people.
