About the Role
Firstsource Solutions Limited is hiring for an International Voice Support Executive for their UK Telecom International Voice Process in Bangalore. This role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns related to telecom products and services.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
- Work Environment: Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Facility: Two-way cab facility provided.

Qualifications
- Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, Graduates, and Postgraduates are eligible.
