About the Role
Closets by Design is hiring creative, communicative, and people-oriented individuals to serve as Sales Design Consultants. This role allows you to help residential customers organize their homes and offers a flexible, hybrid remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Begin sales routes with provided leads and marketing materials.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
- Assess home opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
- Utilize sales training and communication skills to assist customers with home organization.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Reliable access to a Motor Vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Qualifications
- Coachable candidates are sought.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
