About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 WMS and related modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory.
- Conduct hands-on implementation of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions including Picking, Put-away, Task Management, Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, and 3PL.
- Design and deliver complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications, including integration with 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, and EDI with Oracle EBS.
- Facilitate Scrum process/ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between team players and leadership for successful project outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Assist Product Owner with Product Backlog prioritization.
- Implement process changes to improve team productivity.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge on end-to-end processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management, Intercompany processes is a must.
- Awareness of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge on Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage.
