About the Role

• Work on real data, in a real team, for real clients.
• Learn SQL and Power BI.
• Gain exposure to modern data stack migration: Snowflake, dbt, and Git-based deployments.
• Learn to use AI tools to enhance work speed and thinking.
• Work within a European-style culture focused on clear communication, mutual respect, ownership, and a balance between delivery and learning.
• Participate in Agile delivery using Jira.
• Potential to convert into a full-time position upon successful performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and transform business data.
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Prepare and clean data using Power Query and validate for accuracy.
• Learn Power BI data modeling and DAX, and understand their application in dbt.
• Work with SQL Server and learn about data migration to Snowflake.
• Use Git for version control and participate in structured deployments.
• Utilize AI tools for analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
• Join Agile ceremonies and track work in Jira.
• Translate client requirements into clear, reliable reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINs, and aggregates).
• Basic working knowledge of Power BI.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand data.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Power Query and DAX is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Snowflake, dbt, or Jira is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI tools such as Copilot.

Qualifications

• BCA / B.Sc. (CS, IT, Maths, Statistics) / MBA or equivalent.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query and DAX (nice to have).
• SQL or Power BI certification or training (nice to have).
• Academic or personal projects using SQL and Power BI (nice to have).
• Early exposure to Git, Snowflake, dbt, or Jira (nice to have).
