Position: Technical Process Executive - Product Support (Freshers)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to global clients via calls and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including: VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
- Work on ticketing tools.
- Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education - Must have degree certificates and Marksheets).
- Experience with VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
- Experience with ticketing tools.

- Upon completion, note your AMCAT ID (Access it via the 3 dots on the top right corner of the screen).
Assessment Notes
- Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app (no negative marking).
- The assessment is proctored; choose a quiet environment.
- Use a headset or headphones for clear communication.
- Assessment cleared candidates will be processed for the Ops round.
- Do not switch screens during the assessment. Any malpractice will result in disqualification.
- Submit the assessment and make a note of the 15-digit AMCAT ID.
