About the Role

Yoova Foodstuff Private Limited is seeking a Management Intern based in Nashik for an on-site role. The intern will support day-to-day operations across the company’s three brands: a cloud kitchen, a café, and MithaLite.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across the company’s brands.
• Assist with inventory tracking.
• Assist with order coordination.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Help managers with data collection.
• Prepare reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (kitchen staff, café service teams, marketing) to ensure smooth workflows and consistent customer experiences.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Support franchise or collaboration activities.
• Learn fundamental business management practices in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of business management or hospitality operations, preferably through ongoing or completed studies in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle data entry, basic reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with kitchen staff, café teams, suppliers, and management.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Genuine interest in food, nutrition, and health-focused dining.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software.
• Comfort with learning new digital systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Prior internship or project experience in F&B or retail is an advantage.
