Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Collect and analyse business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
• Support requirements gathering from internal teams and stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and project activities.
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support project teams with planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with performance reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, marketing, and management teams.
• Assist with implementing new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
