Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our supply chain and day-to-day operational activities. The intern will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and report directly to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and order management.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Support purchase orders, dispatches, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain operational records and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Freshers pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Business Administration are welcome to apply.
