About the Role
ADP is hiring an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Implementation Specialist I to join the Connections Implementation team within Comprehensive Services. This role is responsible for setting up EDI file feeds between WFN and third-party benefits vendors to ensure successful transmission of enrollment and demographic information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage connections projects in various stages of implementation.
- Provide technical guidance on account structures.
- Analyze and review test files.
- Create new coding/mapping jobs for each file.
- Resolve benefit setup, data, and coding discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive connections projects using project management and problem-solving skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- EDI Implementation or Support highly desirable
Qualifications
- Required Experience:
- 3 years of experience working in client service/customer service
- Business consulting experience
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Other Acceptable Experiences:
- Military experience with skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.
- The experience noted above.
- Note on Education: A college degree is not required but is beneficial.

- ADP Augusta, GA
- ADP Norfolk, VA
- ADP Tempe, AZ
- Note: ADP Associates are working a hybrid work schedule due to current COVID protocols.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $15.82 - $32.07/Hour (or $18.56 - $34.66/Hour based on further detail in the raw text)
