About the Role
- Vertical: Digital Sales (E-Channel)
- Process: 100% Voice | Outbound Calling
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads).
- Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products.
- Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Shift Timings & Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift)
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Relevant Experience Letter is mandatory.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months & above experience in Outbound Sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Only Sales background candidates required.
Salary Package
- Experienced: Up to 27,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 3.7 LPA
- Salary depends on years of experience & last drawn CTC.
