About the Role
GPTSIG, an initiative of SDH Eduventures Pvt. Ltd., is a National-Level Career Counselling and Education Guidance Organization. They are seeking a Tele-Counsellor / Counsellor for their Ahmedabad, Gujarat location. This is a Full-Time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and professionals over calls.
- Guide students regarding career seminars, counselling sessions, educational programs, and events.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain relationships.
- Coordinate registrations, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Target based job - getting maximum enrollment / applications for the Colleges / Universities.
- Support the team in outreach and promotional activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Career Counselling, or Training sector will be preferred.
