About the Role
RCF_IC_Engineer P&M
Key Responsibilities
- Project wise allocation & monitoring of all assets related to P&M
- Daily, weekly & monthly reports generation & review
- Program preparation for optimum utilization of resources
- Monitoring hired P&M
- Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking
- Monitoring output from different P&M
- Identification of breakdowns & its risks
- Minimizing idle P&M
- Erection of major plant & machinery
- P&M cost monitoring
- Servicing/ regular maintenance of equipment's
- Preparation of DMR and analysis
- Should handle both Roads and Bridges and Metro projects
Assets/Equipment Focus
- Construction Vehicles: Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers
- Material Handling Equipment: Cranes
- Construction Equipments: TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etc.
