About the Role

Subsense is a deep-tech company developing the world’s first non-surgical, bidirectional brain-computer interface. We are building an AI-native NanoBCI using nanoparticles. Our mission is to unlock direct communication between the human brain and AI, starting with medical applications such as stroke recovery and moving toward cognitive enhancement.

This is an independent contractor role, starting with a 1-month project (estimated at 30 hours per week). The project scope includes advancing and finalizing the brandbook, building social templates, creating marketing materials for conferences, adding slides to the master deck, and creating a new creative brochure.

Depending on fit and business needs, Subsense may offer a full-time, in-house position after the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch decks and investor materials: Maintain the master pitch deck, make fast slide edits for fundraising, build one-pagers and data room documents.
  • Presentations: Create keynote and conference slides for the CEO and scientists, and build templates for the team.
  • Social media: Create monthly static posts, carousels, infographics, and simple motion for LinkedIn and X, built on reusable templates.
  • Event and conference materials: Create roll-up banners, booth graphics, sponsor assets, signage, badges, and printed programs, ready for print vendors.
  • Out of home and campaigns: Create billboard and digital ad creative, from concept to print-ready files.
  • Merch: Create artwork and tech packs for caps, T-shirts, and gifts.
  • File hygiene: Ensure every deliverable includes an editable native file in our shared drive, properly named and versioned.
