Freelance Web Developer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Noida. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications that support business, marketing, and client-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive front-end interfaces.
• Implement and optimize back-end functionality.
• Integrate APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve user experience.
• Maintain site performance, security, and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular updates.
• Document code.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the digital ecosystem.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, database integration, and API development.
• Knowledge of common web technologies and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, relational or NoSQL databases).
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and deployment on hosting/cloud platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
