About the Role

Kheewa Incorporation is seeking a full-time, remote Digital Consultant to guide micro, small, and medium enterprises through digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on supporting business development goals by improving efficiency, visibility, and customer engagement through digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs.
• Analyze existing processes.
• Design digital strategies to improve efficiency, visibility, and customer engagement.
• Consult with micro, small, and medium enterprises.
• Prepare recommendations and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare reports.
• Suggest ongoing improvements to ensure digital initiatives contribute to sustained client growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for digital marketing, CRM, and business process optimization is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience working with micro, small, or medium enterprises is an advantage.
