About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic BBA & MBA Freshers to join our team as HR & Marketing Interns. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, business development, digital marketing, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- HR / Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
- Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Marketing / Business Development
- Assist with LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities.
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Research companies, industries, and potential clients.
- Assist in creating and sharing recruitment/marketing content.
- Support the team in client and market research activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BBA / MBA Freshers - specializing in HR, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates and clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Active interest in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
