Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Phagwara Tehsil. The volunteer will support the planning and delivery of health and safety training sessions, including BLS, CPR, First Aid, and emergency response programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trainers during workshops.
• Prepare training materials and equipment.
• Coordinate participant registration.
• Collect feedback from trainees.
• Help with awareness campaigns.
• Participate in community outreach activities.
• Provide basic administrative support to maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the consultancy team to promote a culture of safety and contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and support health and safety training activities, including Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, First Aid, and emergency response.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with trainees, colleagues, and community members.
• Organizational and time-management skills to assist with scheduling, event coordination, and record-keeping.
• Interest in public health, safety advocacy, or community service, with a willingness to participate in outreach and awareness campaigns.
• Capacity to work on-site in Phagwara Tehsil, collaborate in a team environment, and follow established safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) to support documentation and reporting.
• Prior exposure to health and safety topics, first aid, or emergency services is an advantage but not required; training may be provided.
