About the Role

This Internship Trainee role is a remote, project-based opportunity designed to help emerging professionals gain hands-on experience in a talent-focused organization. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with research, data collection, and documentation to support talent verification processes.
• Helping coordinate communication with learners, partners, or internal teams.
• Contributing to the creation, review, or testing of learning materials, assessments, or workflows.
• Participating in virtual meetings.
• Maintaining organized records of activities.
• Completing assignments within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and document findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management tools).
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and willingness to take initiative on assigned projects.
