About the Role
The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hassan involves coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and suppliers to manage resources, monitor progress, and resolve technical or operational issues. The Site Engineer will conduct site inspections, maintain records of work done, and support adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing basic reports, assisting in measurements and billing inputs, and communicating project status to project managers. The Site Engineer is expected to work closely with the site team to keep the project on schedule and within defined quality parameters.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards on-site.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with supervisors, workers, and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in using measurement tools, maintaining site records, and preparing simple reports.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Hassan.
- Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
- Prior internship or work experience in construction or site-based roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
