Flatscanner.ai is building an AI agent to simplify finding rooms in Bangalore. We understand user needs like budget, area, commute, and lifestyle, find suitable rooms, and analyze them before visits. We are an early-stage, fast-moving company, and this role reports directly to the founder.

The Role

Your mission is to bring individuals with rooms and flatmate needs onto Flatscanner. You will be given a clear goal and the autonomy to determine the best methods for achieving it, whether through online channels, in-person outreach, or a combination. Success will be measured by results and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the goal of bringing people who have rooms and need flatmates onto Flatscanner.
• Decide and implement strategies to achieve this goal (online, on the ground, or both).

Qualifications

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers on WhatsApp, Instagram, or in person.
• Ability to own a number and find creative ways to achieve it.
• Organized, proactive in follow-ups, and able to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience growing a community, page, event, or group.
