About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via chats and handling escalation cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat professionally
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Work Details
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational weekly offs
- Shifts: Rotational Shift
- One way cab available (20km)
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and Graduates candidates can apply (all passing marksheets)

Compensation
- CTC: 19 CTC Per month (2.2LPA)
- Take Home Salary: 15000 per month
Leave Policy
- No leave is applicable during the first 3 months of employment (probation period).
