About the Role

Sandisk is seeking highly motivated candidates for their Bachelors - Finance & Accounting Rotation Program. This program is designed for new college graduates graduating in Spring 2027 who are interested in a career in Finance and Accounting. The program offers rotational roles across various functions before dedicating to one role, providing an opportunity to learn about different areas of the organization and rapidly grow professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on alongside Finance & Accounting teams.
• Develop professional skills within Sandisk through rotational assignments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• New College Graduates graduating in May/June 2027 with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, Business, and Econ.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to commence or sponsor an immigration case.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and simplify large data sets into actionable insights.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Power BI proficiency.
• Experience with Data Automation.
• Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI rather than simply applying AI into workflows.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• SQL/Python experience.
• Experience with AI Tools.
