About the Role

Advanced AstrO || NumerO || VastU 108 is a global consulting practice focused on advanced Astrology, Numerology, and Vastu Shastra. This is a full-time, on-site Podcast Host position based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and host podcast episodes exploring themes related to astrology, numerology, vastu, energy alignment, and personal transformation.
• Present content in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Research topics and prepare scripts or talking points.
• Interview guests.
• Collaborate with Ram Sir and the team on episode concepts.
• Ensure conversations align with the organization’s vision and values.
• Work with production and social media teams to promote episodes.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
• Engage with audience feedback to refine future content.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive tone.
• Uphold high ethical and storytelling standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Communication skills: including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple language.
• Effective Writing and Research skills: for preparing episode outlines, scripts, and background materials.
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques: to conduct thoughtful, structured, and respectful conversations with guests.
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms: to support episode promotion, audience engagement, and community-building.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams, manage deadlines, and maintain consistency in content delivery.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
• Comfort discussing topics related to spirituality, astrology, numerology, and vastu, or willingness to learn about these domains.
• Prior experience in podcasting, broadcasting, or content hosting is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, journalism, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
