Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms/events.
- Perform initial triage and impact assessment of alarms/events.
- Create, manage, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity, timelines, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers.
- Coordinate and manage P1/P2 incidents.
- Manage bridge calls and stakeholder communication during incidents.
- Escalate incidents to internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to minimize service impact and restore services.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes, SLAs, and incident management best practices.
