Hiring Wings Consultancy is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing firm that delivers hiring solutions across multiple industries. This remote internship offers practical exposure to the complete talent acquisition lifecycle while working with recruitment professionals on live hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic conversations to evaluate communication, interest, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status updates.
• Support the HR team with daily hiring operations and recruitment coordination.
• Learn and contribute to end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through closure.

Requirements

• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of recruitment; training will be provided.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and work independently in a remote setup.
• Genuine interest in building a career in HR or talent acquisition.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Remote

Stipend: No fixed stipend — Performance-Based Incentives Only

Additional performance-based incentives for each successful closure.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, exposure to client hiring requirements and industry practices, and an internship certificate upon successful completion.

High-performing interns may also be considered for a full-time opportunity.
