About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.
• Salary: 35k–45k in hand.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through education and training offerings.
• Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs or courses.
• Conduct consultations via calls and in-person meetings.
• Explain program features and outcomes.
• Support learners throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling processes and learner engagement.
• Meet defined targets.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and ethical guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Skills in client counseling, guidance, and relationship building, with a focus on learner success and satisfaction.
• Basic sales and follow-up skills, including lead management, objection handling, and conversion while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Organizational and documentation skills to manage records, schedules, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment.

Beneficial Experience/Skills

• Relevant experience in counseling, academic advising, or edtech roles.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools.
• Additional certifications in counseling, education, or psychology are an advantage.
