About the Role
Loadwala Private Limited is hiring freshers for a full-time, on-site Billing & Accounts Associate / Junior Accounts Executive role based at our office in Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, PIN: 562162. This position supports daily operational finance and accounting workflows with a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client invoices, manage the daily billing cycle, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Reconcile billing records, track incoming and outgoing payments, and handle core accounting support tasks.
- Coordinate with internal logistics operations teams and clients to resolve billing queries professionally.
- Assist in generating periodic financial reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting audit files.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Fundamental knowledge of basic bookkeeping, invoicing principles, and financial transaction recording.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and clear communication skills.
- Ready and willing to work full-time on-site from our office in Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka (PIN: 562162).
