Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and custom coding.
• Build and customize WordPress websites using themes, plugins, Elementor, etc.
• Convert Figma/UI designs into functional web pages.
• Work on website UI/UX improvements, layouts, navigation, typography, spacing, and responsiveness.
• Develop responsive pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Use HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and fix website layout, responsiveness, and functionality issues.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO.
• Test websites across different browsers and devices.
• Work on live client projects and coordinate with the design, SEO, and digital marketing teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Figma or similar UI/UX tools.
• Good understanding of responsive web design.
• Ability to convert designs into working websites.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Elementor / Elementor Pro.
• Basic PHP knowledge.
• Bootstrap.
• Git/GitHub.
• WooCommerce.
• Basic website speed optimization.
• Basic SEO knowledge.

Qualifications

• BCA / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Computer Science students.
• Recent graduates.
• Self-taught web developers with practical projects.
• Candidates with strong WordPress and UI/UX skills.

Portfolio/Project Demonstration

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate previous website/UI/UX work, such as:

• Personal website
• College/project website
• WordPress website
• Figma/UI/UX project

• Live website they have developed
