About the Role

• Attendant-Food & Beverage position at Westin Hotels & Resorts.
• Location: 36/3-B Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa Road, Ghorpadi, Pune Mahar 411001, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete closing duties, including storing reusable items, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning items to the proper place, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists.
• Set up, inventory, and maintain work areas.
• Inspect all dishes, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain cleanliness and clean as you go.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Receive safety training and certification.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Support all co-associates and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Support the team in achieving common goals.
• Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and crouching.
• Crawl over, onto, and under, and get into and out of uneven and slippery surfaces and stepstools.
• Ascend and descend stairs and service ramps.
• Welcome and greet guests according to company standards.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
