About the Role
Housekeeping Aides at Wexford Senior Care Center perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests and residents. The role ensures cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices, with resident satisfaction as a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors.
- May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.
- Promote a positive, healthy environment through kind words and encouragement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
- Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks.
Qualifications
- This is a full-time position.
- All shifts require rotating weekends and some holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wages $15.00 per hour.
