Key Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain the dish machine according to established guidelines.
• Wash glasses and dishes in a standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in the designated pot washer's area.
• Maintain kitchen neatness and cleanliness by performing required cleaning tasks, including sweeping broken glass/dishes and mopping spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans.
• Spray and sanitize trash cans after each use.
• Place new trash bags in containers after cleaning.
• Adhere to all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned, including assisting with plating for banquet events.
