About the Role
SAYZO Enterprise is hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate for a fast-growing corporate housing company. You will find, verify, and sign furnished homes that companies use to house their employees on long postings. Freshers are welcome.

- Run site visits with photos, room measurements, condition notes, and a standard evaluation checklist.
- Keep a live inventory list against client requirements.
- Verify each unit before it goes near a term sheet: society/RWA permission for corporate use, ownership and signing authority, sitting tenants, parking, power backup, water supply, and pending dues.
- Flag deal-breakers early.
- Sit in on owner negotiations, then carry smaller deals yourself (rent, deposit, lock-in, escalation, fit-out period).
- Work with the legal team through term sheet and agreement.
- Stay the owner’s point of contact through handover and setup.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Local to [City] (not relocating).
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory).
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to write a clear paragraph.
- Fluent in the languages spoken in your city.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience, or a fresher.

- Any degree background is acceptable (e.g., real estate, commerce, hotel management, engineering).
- Able to hold a confident yet non-pushy conversation with landlords.
- Someone who documents work and flags delays proactively.
Your First 90 Days
- Day 30: Micro-markets mapped, 15 to 20 broker and owner contacts logged, and at least 10 site visits shadowed.
- Day 60: Running site visits alone, verifying at least 5 units independently, and building your first shortlist.
- Day 90: Owning a live pipeline, sitting in on live negotiations, and handling most of one deal with the owner.
What You Get
- Direct training and real exposure to deal decision-making.
- Exposure to the full cycle: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, documentation, and handover.
- Written checklists and clear standards.
- A growth path to Supply Manager, owning a city.
