About the Role

The Owner role at Unifo Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual will oversee overall business operations, set strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the vision of creating integrated supply chains.

Qualifications

• Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or related operations, with the ability to oversee complex, integrated supply chain initiatives.
• Experience in business leadership, including strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Familiarity with technology-enabled products or platforms, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
• Track record of driving business growth, managing risk, and making data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in founding, owning, or leading a business unit or startup is highly beneficial.
