About the Role
PrimaLabs is building a serverless LLM platform that gives developers access to AI models through a unified API, without managing GPU infrastructure. We simplify model serving, routing, and scaling so teams can focus on building AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support emails and conversations using Pylon.
- Troubleshoot basic API, model, and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with engineering to investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Maintain customer records, tickets, and follow-ups using CRM and database tools.
- Help the GTM team with product announcements, model launches, and customer communications.
- Improve support workflows and help deliver a great customer experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AI curiosity: Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, APIs, and developer tools, or a willingness to learn.
- Technical aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools, databases, and support platforms. Pylon experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication: Strong written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ownership: Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience.
