Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS compliance.
- Direct Tax compliance.
- Lead and support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Manage ROC compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards/principles.
- Act as a guiding factor to management in terms of raising finance, going public for IPO, and other investor presentations.
- Lead the finance/accounts department with a team of 7-8 individuals.
