About the Role
The Global Servicing Communications Product & Ops Delivery (GSC-POD) team, within Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), focuses on driving engagement, satisfaction, and revenue through best-in-class user experience via communications. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with intermediate software knowledge to achieve delivery targets for communication builds on an in-house platform, including Paper, Email, SMS, and Mobile App PUSH Notifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage letter, email, PUSH, and SMS building phases for all business partner communication needs.
- Lead the requirements phase, including test data, to drive efficiencies in current business processes and development of letter authoring capabilities and training.
- Provide data-related support to Communication Developers during the build phase.
- Proactively identify gaps and risks.
- Communicate clearly with businesses and stakeholders regarding documentation and issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Java.
- Experience with Business Content Studio module Layout and Style set creation.
- Experience with Business Object Creation using XSD & BO Management, including creating required properties.
- Validate data/variable related inputs in the Design Brief.
- Work with the Tech-data team regarding variable updates and changes.
- Provide complexity matrix and estimation for creating Derived properties.
- Work closely with Communication Developers during the DDV build phase for data-related support.
- Provide test data inputs, working closely with the Tech-data team during Unit test phases for Letter Developers.
Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of the software mentioned in Requirements & Tech Stack.
- Ability to work with Java.
- Experience with Business Content Studio.
- Experience with XSD & BO Management.
- Ability to provide test data.
- Clear communication skills.
