About the Role

Aerotek, an operating company within Allegis Group, is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Recruiter/Sales Trainee. This role involves identifying and screening candidates, partnering with Account Managers, and building industry relationships. The majority of Recruiters advance into a sales career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Qualifications

• Spanish Bilingual
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment
