About the Role
McLeod Health is seeking RN New Graduates for their 2026 program at Loris.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
- Provide appropriate age-specific nursing interventions consistent with the plan of care and standards of practice.
- Foster an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors.
- Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff.
- Utilize standard work in relation to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators.
- Contribute to departmental performance through precepting and mentoring novice employees.
- Contribute to department growth and performance through hospital-system initiatives cultivating nursing involved Evidence Based Practices.
- Demonstrate continued professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings.
- Float to assist in other like units as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- RN License for South Carolina or other compact state.
- Graduate RNs are welcome to apply.
- BLS Certification.
