About the Role
Epic is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to design, build, coordinate, and maintain their multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from those new to the field to seasoned professionals. This role offers the chance to work with technical infrastructure engineering, develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, and learn about the systems supporting healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, coordinate, and maintain multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture.
- Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
- Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
- Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (financial relocation assistance provided).
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
- Interest or experience in areas such as Security, Network, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, or Windows.
Qualifications
- Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.
- Backgrounds considered include IT/Systems/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity/Networking, and Computer Science.
