Role: Telecaller - Poonawala Fincorp Process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary
- Freshers: Up to 14,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 16,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Salary for experienced candidates will be based on current CTC and performance in the interview.
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
