About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain effective hiring workflows.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting.
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting strategies.
- Expertise in Employer Branding and strategy development.
- Proficiency in conducting effective and professional Interviewing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- HOSPITAL Recruitment Experience is must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
