About the Role
Vaaniverse is seeking an AI Intern to assist in building and testing real AI workflows for clients and the company. This is a 3-month, unpaid, learning-focused internship.
- Duration: 3 months
- Type: Unpaid internship
- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Vadodara)
- Commitment: 20 to 25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Build and test automations using tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier.
- Create AI agents and chatbots (including WhatsApp bots) for client use cases.
- Write, test, and refine prompts for marketing, sales, and content workflows.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools and document findings.
- Support lead generation and outreach workflows using AI and data tools.
- Prepare simple internal guides and training material for client teams on using AI.
- Document every workflow for team reuse.
Qualifications
- Students or fresh graduates in CS, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA students with strong AI interest are welcome.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, or no-code tools, or eager to learn quickly.
- Clear written communication and a habit of documenting your work.
- Self-driven, curious, and able to work independently with regular check-ins.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic Python or JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Past projects, GitHub repos, or demos of AI tools you have built.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp APIs, CRMs, or marketing tools.
- Interest in startups, marketing, or consulting.
