About the Role

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Khandagiri branch office in Bhubaneswar. The role involves meeting with prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, and supporting them in selecting solutions that meet their needs. The Sales Associate is expected to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales calls.
• Follow up on leads.
• Prepare basic quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Contribute to local marketing or promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
• Ability to maintain organized records, handle follow-ups, and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
• Comfort using common office software and communication tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with basic sales reporting is an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail, field sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an added benefit.
