Collection Executive
Banking Process
Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have taken loans and have missed their EMI payments.
- Politely remind customers to pay their pending EMIs.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan installments.
- Explain repayment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional communication and follow the bank's collection policies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Willingness to work in the collection process.
- Basic knowledge of loan repayments and EMIs is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Freshers (Non-DRA Certified): Graduation is mandatory.
- DRA Certified Candidates: Graduation is not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the eligibility criteria.
Salary Details
- Experienced: Monthly CTC: ₹22,700 | Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹16,900
- Fresher: CTC: ₹22,000 | In-Hand: ₹16,200
