About Tally

Tally is a fitness app designed for friends who eat and train together, with separate tracking for individual portions and training records.

The Role

  • Campus Growth Ambassador
  • United States | Remote | Part-time
  • Own a focused campus outreach project, from initial conversation to product introduction and follow-up.
  • Outreach, planning, and team coordination are remote. In-person activities are optional and require advance agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map student groups and campus settings where shared meals and workouts occur, then build a focused outreach plan.
  • Organize small online product-introduction sessions using provided materials.
  • Help interested students get started when product access is available.
  • Explain the experience, listen to questions, and turn recurring points of confusion into recommendations for the team.
  • Keep records of participation and follow-up, separating interest in a demo from actual product use.
  • Contact students who opt in and summarize feedback without identifying them.

What You Can Build

  • A complete campus project: outreach plan, repeatable introduction format, and a concise report on efforts, outcomes, and improvements.
  • Practical responsibility for student outreach, product onboarding, and learning from real conversations.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Performance-based compensation through incentives and commissions.
  • Rates, qualifying outcomes, and payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Age 18 or older and currently enrolled at a U.S. college or university.
  • Ability to coordinate remotely with the team and reach student communities on campus.
  • Interest in student fitness habits and in helping peers understand a new product.
  • Ability to explain a simple workflow, listen to questions, follow through on plans, and keep clear notes.
  • Experience organizing an activity or helping peers is useful; a large social following is not required.

A Possible First Month

  • A focused starting project could include a campus outreach map, a plan for one small online introduction session, and a short feedback report.
  • Agree the scope with the team, run the session with necessary materials and permissions, and recommend one change based on learnings.
