Industrial Trainee - TAX - TMT - TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, cleaning, and analyzing tax and compliance data.
• Ability to build formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions to reconcile and validate financial datasets.
• Working knowledge of structured spreadsheet models for supporting global compliance and reporting workflows.
• Accuracy in preparing clear Excel-based schedules and summaries that support tax reporting deliverables.
• Foundational understanding of general consulting methods for documenting, tracking, and reviewing compliance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Backend Development (3+ years)
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
• Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in approach.
